Refund / Exchange Policy
24-Hour Cancellation
Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase. Customers can cancel and refund their order by clicking “Cancel” in the order confirmation email. This will automatically cancel and refund the order.
After 24 Hours: All Sales Final
After the 24-hour window, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No Refunds For Shipping Issues or Deadlines
We do not provide refunds for:

shipping delays
-
lost, stolen, or return-to-sender packages
-
missed holiday or gift deadlines
-
orders seized by a carrier or customs
-
orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout
-
orders that have already shipped at the time of the request
One-Time Replacement (No Refunds)
Orders that are returned to sender, damaged in transit, or stolen may be eligible for a one-time replacement (subject to review). Refunds are not provided in these cases.
If a Replacement Isn’t Available
If an item cannot be replaced due to availability, we will offer an exchange or store credit up to the original item’s purchase value. This does not include items on sale. An example of this is if you were to buy an item on sale for $6.00 while the original sale price was $8.00. We will credit you for what you paid for that item.
Tracking Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, it is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and contact the carrier regarding packages that are delayed, lost, stuck in transit, or returned. We are not responsible for tracking an order once it has been shipped.
Tracking information will be provided to you when your order is fulfilled.
Why orders may take a long time to ship:
RegretLessUS is currently a one-person operation, and products are not made in-house at this time. Fulfillment time can vary based on factors outside of my control, including:

supplier/production timelines

inventory availability and restocks

order volume (launches, sales, holidays)

carrier pickup schedules and transit delays
-
weather, service disruptions, and shipping backlogs
-
delayed tracking scans/updates while in transit
